This app is the slowest app ever. Whenever network is low and have to recharge on urgent basis, all unnecessary apps and downloads happen easily, but this app will be the last to open and work properly. There's so many unnecessary pop up ads, which no in is interested and app gets stuck. I always use gpay to recharge mobile number, as it's quicker, but, this app will take ages, just to show the balance data. Pls make your app faster.

worst network in Jammu I can't hear well when making a call. When calling someone else, it doesn't ring and as soon as they answer, they don't hear any conversation. But when they call, we answer, and then all calls are heard clearly.Please resolve your network issues quickly or we will change to another network. Thank you
