I cannot describe my disappointment and unsatisfactory service provided by the Ncell App. Even where other apps and websites function normally , the Ncell app takes longer to load while it only has to load a few texts and some basic geometric shapes. YouTube having to load images and texts loads way faster than Ncell app. I have a stable connection yet the Ncell app refuses to load anything as it is expected to load with my connection speed. Wish i could give 0/5 star. Too bad.
