Servicio al cliente deplorable, colocan cargas adicionales a la cuota sin aviso y ni sus sedes estan informadas con tiempo ni en forma. Una experiencia desastroza. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

La peor experiencia de autenticación para entrar a un local. Lo que debería ser rápido es un proceso demasiado engorroso: - abrir la app - darle a aceptar al mensaje de notificaciones (sí. Las tengo apagadas) - tap en QR - autenticar huella - apuntar la cámara - esperar - darle aceptar a otro mensaje Ni autenticarse en la app del banco es tan largo. Sugerencia: Un widget que vaya directo a la cámara dentro de la app. Sin mensajes ni huella ni nada. Simple.
