It's just so nice having a clean new tumbler every time I grab a coffee and not having to buy one. For some reason I always misplaced my own tumblers but this keeps me in check. Love love love it! Then recently they said things are going so well, everyone gets unlimited cup borrows per month, and premium members should check our FAQ! The in app FAQ doesn't work, but the website FAQ has a lot of references to Singapore. Which is great. For Singapore. To be fair, they have offered a refund.

2021-12-13	Ju*****	I have been using Muuse Cup for a year. It was an amazing idea to borrow cups at cafes and return at stations. However, thing has gone worse. For recent months the app doesn't recognise the cup QR code when I try to return them and I have to ask for help via email every single thing time. Very frustrating.
