Musuq Store

Musuq Store is the business app for Musuq-affiliated businesses: restaurants, shops, and warehouses that receive orders through the Musuq platform. With it, you can manage orders from your phone, without needing a computer.

ORDERS
• Receive a notification every time a new order comes in.

• Open the order and see the complete details: products, variations, add-ons, customer notes, and payment method.

• Confirm or decline the order, and mark it as ready for delivery when you finish preparing it.

• If the customer requests a change, add or remove products from the order before shipping it.

• Message the customer via the order chat.

• Review the history of orders you've already fulfilled.

MENU
• Activate or deactivate the availability of each product on your menu.

• When something runs out, mark it as unavailable for a specific period or until you restock it.

WALLET
• Check your balance and the details of each order: how much you're owed and the platform's commission.

PROFILE
• Adjust your average preparation time and business hours.

• Your name, logo, payment accounts, and contact information can be edited at store.musuqapp.com, the web panel that accompanies this application.

WHO IS IT FOR?
This is a business tool, exclusively for businesses that are already part of Musuq and have a merchant account. It cannot be used to place orders as a customer.
