You've probably used plenty of habit apps, right? Pressing the checkbox is easy. You can press it even while lying in bed.

That isn't the case with MustGo. If you say you're going to the gym, the checklist is only stamped when you actually arrive within the gym's radius. The GPS and time verify it for you. There are no buttons you can press from bed.

This is how it starts.

You mark your destination on a map, set the day and arrival time, and finally, write down a single line of commitment. Something like, "Get up and head out immediately. No excuses under the covers." This commitment is sealed in a pledge. What if you decide you can't go later and give up? You have to retype that sealed commitment without making a single mistake. Once you start doing that, you just end up going anyway.

The alarm is quite persistent.

The alarm starts 30 minutes before your arrival time. If you don't make it by the time you arrive, it rings again every 10 minutes. It keeps ringing until you get there. If you register your starting point, it calculates the travel time and wakes you up exactly at the time you need to leave, saying, "You need to leave now!"

** A Stamp Remains When You Go

When you arrive, press firmly to imprint the day's wax seal. It is fun to watch a month's worth of stamps accumulate on the calendar. If you went at dawn, there is a dawn stamp; if you braved the rain, there is a rain stamp. From stamps for 100 consecutive days, there are quite a few to collect.

It’s not over just because you missed a day

If you miss your scheduled date, the seal cracks. However, if you visit the location one more time within three days, you can reattach it. It's like making up for it with your own body.
