Music-Player

Music Player finds the songs already saved on your device and lets you listen without an internet connection. The home screen shows a greeting based on the time of day, shortcuts to what you use most, the tracks you heard last, and the playlists you created.

In the library, songs appear with cover art, title, artist, album, and length. You can browse albums in a grid, open an artist to see their albums and tracks, group songs by genre when that information is in the file, and move through the music folders on your device. Search finds matches right away by song title, artist, album, genre, or playlist.

While a song plays, the cover stays in focus, with the track name, artist, and album. You can pause, resume, skip back or forward, change the volume, and move to any point in the song. Shuffle, repeat for the queue or a single track, favorites, and the upcoming queue are there too. In the queue you can change the order, remove a song, clear everything, add tracks, and choose what plays now or next.

Playlists are yours. You name one, add an optional image, add and remove songs, reorder them, rename the list, or delete it. Ready-made lists cover recently played, favorites, and most played. The heart on each song saves it to Favorites.

If the file includes lyrics, or a lyric text sits beside the song, you can read them on a comfortable screen. The app does not look for lyrics anywhere else. When a song has no cover, a default image takes its place.

Music keeps playing when you leave the app, open another app, or lock the screen. Controls appear in the notification and, when the device allows it, on the lock screen and on headphone buttons. Unplugging headphones can pause playback.

The equalizer uses the audio effect built into the device, with bass, treble, balance, and presets such as normal, rock, pop, classical, jazz, vocal, bass boost, and acoustic. If the device does not offer that feature, the controls stay unavailable instead of pretending a change was made.

In settings you choose a light theme, a dark theme, or the same theme as the system. You can decide whether the next track starts on its own, whether the last session returns when you open the app, and how shuffle, repeat, and the move from one song to the next behave when the format allows it. You can also look for songs on the device again and set a timer so playback stops after a while.

Everything stays on the device. Your songs are not sent anywhere.
