Quabble is one of the best mental wellness apps I have ever used. It is designed to help people improve their mental health through fun and interactive activities. The app combines mood tracking, journaling, mindfulness exercises, and habit-building tools in a simple and engaging way. One of the things I like most about Quabble is its user-friendly design. The interface is clean, colorful, and easy to navigate. Even new users can quickly understand how to use the app without any difficultuy.

I found the app focused on writing your feelings down in different formats. Majority of the apps daily routine and activities were just type out how you feel or write something positive. I didnt turn to an app to write a diary, I was looking for strategies to cope and found it lacking.
