Il servizio di ritiro su app non funziona in quanto visualizza un errore INVALID_PARAMETER. Eppure è un'app semplice che anche un teenager riuscirebbe a scrivere. Quanto avrà pagato il comune per questo prodotto he neanche funziona, con i nostri soldi? Sarebbe interessante saperlo. Al numero verde invece personale nevrotico dice di essere li a perdere tempo e scortese, non danno informazioni essenziali e buttano giù il telefono come i bambini. Se questa è professionalità...

Ho usato l'app per effettuare una richiesta di ritiro di rifiuti ingombranti. Sembrava tutto perfetto, ho avuto il numero ed esposto gli articoli come indicato. Dopo 4 giorni i rifiuti erano ancora sul marciapiede. Ho chiamato il numero verde indicato e da li è cominciata la barzelletta sassarese. O ti fai una risata o ti metti a piangere.
