About Gwangju Lake Ecological Park

Gwangju Lake Eco Park is an ecological park located in Gwangju Lake. Since its opening in 2006, it has been visited by many people as a natural ecology learning center for children and a resting place for citizens. There is an aquatic botanical garden, an ecological pond, and a wooden trail, where you can observe numerous aquatic plants and various species of birds. At the entrance, there is a 430-year-old willow tree designated as a natural monument in 2012.
