MultiSoils

Welcome to the MultiSoils Platform. The MultiSoils platform is a technological solution developed by the Department of AgroTechnologies and Sustainability - DATS (Institute of Agronomy/UFRRJ.) in partnership with Cefet-RJ.
The platform represents a digital space whose main objective is to make multiple information on different soil functions easily available to society. When accessing the platform, users can access the following functionalities:
1- Interactive query (via APP and WEB) to a legacy database of soils from different soil surveys;
2- Create and manage soil survey and mapping projects;
3- Create and manage precision agriculture projects;
4- Create and manage inventory projects of diverse soil data (heavy metals, radionucleotides, carbon stock and physico-hydric attributes);
5- Create and manage soil moisture and temperature monitoring projects;
6- Create and manage soil science education projects;
The platform was developed in PHP language, JS with database in PostgreSQL, being available on Android and IOS platform.
The project was conceived and developed by Professor Marcos Bacis Ceddia (DATS-IA-UFRRJ) in partnership with Cefet-Maracanã professors Diego Brandão, Jorge Soares and Renato Mauro
