However, widespread issues drag down the experience: slow/grindy progression with long timers, frequent progress/data losses (no cloud save, device issues), a problematic gem/purchase economy (uncredited gems, rollbacks, and pay-to-progress), and weak customer support. A clean-up of saving between devices, reliable purchases, and ongoing fixes would significantly improve player satisfaction.

Too slow of a progress. eveything is gated behind paywalls, and no ads costs 29 EUR? really? most of the mobs give so few stats that grinding them becomes totally useless. Chests are only paid, and give ridiculously low rewards. All in all a whale hunter game, that wants to drain you of 10+ EUR per day, more if possible, for a really low amount of entertainment

The gameplay is smooth I liked it, but when I reinstalled the game hoping a stuck gate would finally open (updating did not solve) I lost all progress, including the money I paid (VIP4) for faster progress/extras.
