Unfortunately I'm unable to give any more than one star, I downloaded the app and checked my postcode to make sure I was in an area they covered and I was, i was able to set up an account and placed an order and paid for the following day. Was marked as completed, but never arrived. When I rang customer services they advised I wasn't actually in an area they covered, and told I'd receive a refund (which I'm yet to receive, however it has only been a day).

There is something really wrong with your system. We've tried to cancel a regular order for three weeks but it keeps on reappearing and being delivered. Happened many times before. Other than that, the service is great and delivery always mega early. Please try and sort the app out. It also always logs you out. This is also annoying.
