2025-01-27	su*****	Be very careful when dealing with this app; I feel it is now suspicious. I'm unable to transfer my funds to the spot for withdrawal; instead, I am being forced to trade in futures, and there are many glitches that they are not resolving, and they are not allowing withdrawals. Be very careful before depositing any funds; their support responds in 10-15 working days. So you can imagine how they will handle any issues.

For avery one I prefer Binance to invest

2025-01-21	Ja*****	It's really a pathetic app i hv ever seen Everytime am trying tondeposit it takes almost a day to money get deposit, Now from 2 days my money has been not credited in mudrex but debited from bank account, worst thing is no one is there to help , there is no revert on help n support , Really never recommend this app to anyone

Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. I look forward to seeing the continued growth and improvements.

2025-01-18	Mu*****	Overall UI is better but the deposits and withdrawals are so slow even they take time up to 24 hrs to process...this is so pathetic which makes it not a good app. I am changing my view earlier I had given 2 star now they do not deserve a single star . My withdrawal has not yet arrived even after 2 days and they have marked as completed in their app...very pathetic service

The customer service of the company was so worst cannot even describe. They don't have any on call customer support they only provide email to email service which is also worst. 2025-01-15	Ma*****	Worst experience I have ever had with any application , I have deposited 21000 via imps , updated the reference number on the app and Even created ticket but still the deposit of usdt in my account is pending. Even I have mailed to mudrex but no response. Such a bad experience you loosing your customer base yourself.

2025-01-15	Ra*****	I have done some investment in crpyto through this application. After the last update, i am not able login in the application. There is some bug. Technical team is requested to resolve the issue at an earliest please. I am receiving the OTP and entered it but thereafter next screen for google authentication code is not appearing.
