CASH ON DELIVERY
Pay with cash when your order arrives. No card, no wallet, no online payment required. Every
order also comes with a delivery OTP — share it with your rider on handover so you know the
right order reached the right person.

TRACK EVERY STEP
Follow your order through each stage: Order Placed, Accepted, Packaging, Rider Assigned,
Picked Up, Delivered. Push notifications tell you the moment the status changes, and tapping a
notification takes you straight to that order. Changed your mind? Cancel while the order is
still being prepared.

SAVE YOUR ADDRESSES
Pin your home and office on the map, label them, and reuse them at checkout. Each address keeps
its own contact name and number, so you can send an order to a family member without retyping
anything.

YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR CONTROL
Sign up with your mobile number and a one-time code. Update your profile and photo, change your
password whenever you like, and delete your account and its data from inside the app — no email
request needed.
