Self Assessment

The Self-Assessment App helps students and caregivers easily track how students feel and how ready they are to learn—every day. Designed with a clean, intuitive interface, the app makes emotional and learning readiness check-ins quick, engaging, and meaningful.

Users can safely access their account and select a student to begin a self-assessment. Each student can complete two short check-ins:

😊 Mood Check-In

Students answer “How do you feel today?” using expressive emoji options such as Happy, Calm, Okay, Worried, Frustrated, or Tired. This makes it easy for students of all ages to express how they’re feeling.

🎯 Readiness Check-In

Students then share how prepared they feel to start learning by choosing from:

Once submitted, the app securely saves the responses, helping schools, teachers, and caregivers better understand student well-being and readiness.
