It serves as a digital platform where employers, educational institutions, and government agencies can verify the authenticity of diplomas.

⚠️ Important: Diplomas is an application developed by the Congolese Intelligent Research Institute (MTRICO), which does not represent a government entity or is affiliated with the government. This tool, created by MTRICO, can be used under a paid license for a professional account or free of charge for a personal account. Diplomas uses data available free of charge to the general public, such as the Palmares Exetat, accessible at: https://edu-nc.gouv.cd/palmares_exetat2/.

I.2 Personal Diplomas
Personal Use Cases:
The application is simple and intuitive to use.
The user simply enters the full name of the person whose diploma they wish to verify.
The application then searches the database for the person's name and checks if they have a diploma. If they have a diploma, the application displays the corresponding information.

I.3 Professional Diplomas
Professional Use Cases:
1. An employer can use the application to verify the qualifications of a job applicant.
2. A university can use the application to verify the diplomas of students applying for a job.
3. A government institution can use the application to verify the diplomas of individuals applying for a job or promotion.

I.4 Diploma Journal
A certificate or achievement journal is an official document certifying that a person has successfully completed a training course or exam. 1. Access the Graduation Verification interface on the Diplomas app:
Open the Diplomas app on your device. Select the "Journal" option. Once you find the status journal, a "Download" button will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the "Download" button to receive your certificate of completion in PDF format.
