swish doesn't work, no back buttons, these issues are more than 1 year. it is WORSE than the MTRX.

Normal phone gestures dont work for example to go back. Swish payment doesnt work. On payments page if you click luggage policy to read you cant go back to your booking and have to restart. Really poor UI. Hope this basics are improved.

I can't pay from the app. Neither swish nor klarna works.

Couldn't pay in the app, had to go to their website instead and complete the order. By that time the prices had increased by over 50%

Very easy to accidentally leave the ordering process, which seems impossible to get back to. The seats remain reserved so getting the same seats for the same price is a no-go. Sometimes that means having to book a completely different trip/day.
