Booked on the website and there is an option to give the driver instructions e.g. passenger can only walk with a four wheel walker an?d walker will accompany passenger. However. The App does not have this facility. Also my booking on the website did not show on the app I will use the Web site until the app is fixed.

The app still doesn't handle advanced bookings. I organised one. The time came and it had to completely re order the cab and it was 10 mins late. Don't have the feature if it doesn't work.
