One of the worst apps I've ever used. Awful, clunky design and bad UI. Terrible map integration - it's a lottery as to whether a location or address I search for will even show up. Gives me a 'booking failed' error message half the time I try to arrange a trip. I'm sure there's other stuff I've forgotten temporarily because I'm too annoyed, lol. I hate it.
