2020-01-07	A *****	It was unsettling that the app tells me there is no guarantee this request will get processed and I might not get a cab. I love dunedin taxis, I use them to get to work on a weekly basis. So by extension I cant use an app that might not get me a ride to work. You cant even plug your reference number from the call booking system to see where your car is. Not worth the 0's and 1's.

2019-11-29	A *****	Poor user interface. When ordering in advance for a set time, the order only starts at the time you request the taxi to arrive so end up waiting 10-15 minutes more for taxi to actually arrive. Better off to just phone or use ride share service

2018-12-26	A *****	user interface was designed in 1990. there's is actually a message that pops up saying "we are using our gps technology to find you a cab" no indication of whether a cab is coming. you try to register with facebook and it does nothing. you cannot book without logging in but it tells you this after your have entered all your search details. these app designers should be fired.
