2024-06-03	Ni*****	Requires access to contacts to show driver location. Lies about pick up estimate, whatever time they show double or triple it. Driver was great but price in app is completely unrelated to actual price. Cannot pay with Google pay, you have to give them your credit card directly.

2023-03-28	Kr*****	Checker in my opinion has some of the worst drivers in the city of Calgary, the app seems to reflect that. Glitchy, never seems to be on track with eta's and the drivers arrival with the gps. I gave 2 stars because of the very few good guys working there, and I very much like the lock your estimated fare price down. Lock it, thats what you pay regardless of traffic, weather etc.

2023-03-17	Br*****	The app has e lock in rate feature but when locked in a rate of $40 to Calgary International Airport I was charged $50.10. I called twice and left voicemail with a supervisor and never did get a call back. Stay away from the app and checker cab in Calgary.

2022-12-04	Ke*****	This app looks like it was built in the early 2000s. Terrible UI, unrealibale booking service, rides being marked as completed but clearly not picked up. Perhaps if you invest in a more reliable booking system you'd be stepping up your game and taking back the market share from Uber. Another customer lost to ride sharing. Thanks for nothing checker.

2022-12-03	Ty*****	App regularly lets me lock in a rate then the cab charges me with the meter. Doesn't seem to function well and I always end up paying more than I "locked in" for. Cab drivers are not helpful when I tell them I locked in with the app

2022-12-03	Ch*****	Using "Track my taxi" can only be enabled if I give the app permission to access my contacts. I can't see any reason that track my taxi needs access to my contacts. I don't trust apps that request questionable permissions. Also, the first time I used the app, I booked well in advance and the cab was still 30 minutes late. The booking didn't even get created until a few minutes before the booked time. I'll stick with Uber in the future.

2022-05-02	Ce*****	As some others have said, when the app actually works it's great but I have an issue every single time I book a cab on here. It doesn't let me log in half the time and when I do book a ride where I am on the map will disappear and obviously the cab driver can't see where I am too because they started driving the opposite way and never came to get me so that's fun. Lol honestly you guys need to flesh out the app more

2021-07-27	An*****	Driver calls to tell me to cancel booking... App literally won't let me.... Just spams me errors.... Often gives the wrong address with GPS. ALWAYS estimates 5min and when booked and ALWAYS 6min estimated arrival after finds a car. Sometimes it doesn't tell you when it finds one and you get an email when they get close. UPDATE: STILL GIVING INCORRECT GPS. Sending the driver to the wrong location wasting my time and his.

2020-08-27	Ri*****	How many times have I not been picked up because a cab deemed my trip to short. I've honestly lost count! I have literally been stranded at 4:30am unable to get to work because a 12 minute drive isn't long enough. I switched to uber and never looked back.

2020-08-07	Ve*****	Have had this app for a while probably atleast 2 years and it never works without glitching. I hate calling but I've only had this app actually work to book me a taxi ONCE. All the other times it freezes or glitches or wont let me press anything. Updates dont fix it.
