2022-02-20	Gr*****	Told 20-30 mins in a rural location. Cancelled after 40 mins and told this was my fault for not having constant signal. When I explained we had a disabled son and was not happy, the dispatch manager told me I was disgusting and hung up. Took us nearly 2 hrs more to get home.
