Restarted phone, then I could enter details and get to the confirmation code screen. But I never received a text with the confirmation code. Checked my mobile number, which was correct, and retried. Nothing but failure. Completely unusable.

2023-12-12	Sp*****	Screen cap everything because customer support will tell you you are lying. There has been issues with this app in the past and they have been able to correct it on the c.s. end. They don't seem to be doing that anymore and denying that there was ever issues Getting pretty pissed off that I keep selecting the flat rate in this app and I look at the meter in my cab and it keeps not giving me the flat rate. My cab driver just drove me to work the long way. Where do you guys get off doing this?!

2023-11-06	Le*****	I'd love an alternative to Uber. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be it. I tried three or four times to enter my credit card info and the app will not save it. I fill out the forms, scan my card, tap the save button, and nothing happens. With the comments from everyone else it sounds like there are just too many bugs in this app. Guess I'm staying with Uber.

App when it's only been open for about 2 minutes. As well as when you are ordering your cab, you can choose an upfront price. It doesn't transfer and notify the driver that. So you get in your cab and the meters running. And it causes lots of disputes between passengers and drivers.

2023-06-12	Le*****	Works but awful. UI will crash, lag, and do everything but call a cab. Once booked it works, but the process of getting there is horrific. It's faster than transit, but only if you manage to not spend the time saved figuring out this app.

It reset my pickup location after the confirmation screen, sending a car to the wrong address and wasting their drivers time and mine. Today it showed the wrong car, and a crazy wait time, so I cancelled the ride and called a friend to get to work on time. Then it notified me that a driver was there (on time afterall) wasting a driver's time again. I prefer cabs over Uber. This app is painful to use.

2022-03-21	Sh*****	I've recently been taking cabs to and from work. I was paying roughly 8 - 9 dollars for the trip but the apps flat rate is $11 it doesn't save me anything other than calling in. The cabs meter on its own is less than the application. I just call the cab because it actually saves me money :S

2021-02-03	Za*****	Some bugs and mishaps, here and there. But overall a great app. Also sometimes it actually is cheaper than Uber. There has been a few issues with a few drivers that started the meter before I even got in the car.... Despite all that b.s. ALL other drivers have been exceptional. I as well felt really safe, even during covid!

2020-12-28	Hi*****	Last Sunday, I used this app as I have been late many mornings because the cab company is really busy. I just don't understand how busy it can be at 4:35AM. So I thought maybe if I booked a time for the cab to be here at then I wouldn't be late. I was wrong. Even with using this app, I didn't have a driver come and get me until 5AM! Making me surprise late again! Not very impressed with it.
