I had my first Merck manual in 1999 the anniversary version. I am still in love with this format and I appreciate all the newcomers doctors that are contributing in real time, updating and searching for answers that are practical. We will probably won't see for too long this approach but until then, I am still downloading the videos that are explained in teh correct, old fashioned way and the new topics, hoping that humanistic students will reach what robots cannot teach...
