2024-09-12	St*****	Doesn't always log in properly. It is right reading instead of left reading when entering information, otherwise ok. I've been locked out a minimum of 5 times.The people at Kindred have been very helpful but it's usually ½ hour or more to get things temporarily straightened out. Had problems the first 3 weeks of Dec. 21 depositing cheques and e transfer. I am so frustrated. Five years later in 204 I now can't deposit cheques or send E-transfers. Support unable to resolve cheque deposit issue.

2024-01-23	PK*****	App is soo bad keeps logging me out saying i have the wrong password. One of the main reasons I don't bake with Kindred anymore. I still have an account with them that sits empty, if you can't bank online in this day and age you can't bo much.

You can now use your biometrics to login into the app. Overall, the app is good besides the slow loading to see your accounts, pay bills, deposit cheques, etc. The design (UI) and loading times could be a bit better like other banking apps so that Settings aren't 2 swipes away and I can see all my accounts right away rather than hidden behind a menu.
