Every other time I try to order prescription refills, the app says there is a problem and I am unable to get my refills. Contacting IHC by email or phone to find out what the issue is has been a joke.

I like being able to order my medications online but the app doesn't open a lot of the time it'll pend and then say something went wrong. It does this several times it is really frustrating. But the times it does work it's great and easy to use.
