Like seriously, you shouldn't add smart but the opposite of it as your prefix. Wasted my 2 hours in the morning to catch a bus as per the tracking on chalo app. After a certain spot bus automatically vanishes. The schedule bus timing changed every 5 minutes. Poor division of buses. 1 route has like 20 & the other has merely 2 or 3 (for route 12) which ply as per their convenience. It has such prolonged route takes eternity to reach Batamalu. Shouldn't the route just be from Rangret to Batamalu?
