2024-09-27	Do*****	I used to use this back in 2018, but now that I'm trying again, it is not as espected. The app us not recognizing my old account, so I created a new one. The app only have the laundry function available for Mexico, but the map doesn't work. I idle waited for about 15 minutes and it never showed the button to confirm my pin location, I even tried to enter the address manually but same thing. So disappointed 😞

2023-08-15	Ja*****	App charged my credit card even though my payment mode is Jeff Credits. Customer service is unresponsive. I've already sent multiple help desk requests, emailing is pointless. Definitely would not recommend this service.

Credit inside the app after to up cannot be deducted even I keep choosing to pay by Jeff credit. Keep charging to my credit card with a 1% extra charges without me knowing because this company is an overseas company that if you use VISA or Master card, there's extra 1% charge. Support is non existing like what others have stated. Missing delivery, not in schedule delivery has happened many times past mths

2022-09-30	Di*****	Updated review to one star. They made the application even worse. That takes a special type of genius. The service from the local center in Sevilla is fantastic but the app is useless and full of bugs. Can't book laundry pick ups, pay for orders or anything. It's better to call the local center directly to get anything done.

With all due respect you are extremely unprofessional. Hanging up the phone on a potential business partnership just because I called at 7am, which in many businesses is an appropriate hour to call. We don't need your business so not our loss. Have a great weekend!"

2022-05-07	Se*****	I have one problem less in deciding when to do the laundry day and use my precious free time. I subscribe to the plan and I'm started having a weekly bag done every Wednesday. Nicely folded and very soft. My suits got back in a nice blue cover. The idea of wrapping the packets on paper it's great and cheers for not using plastic like any other service.

2021-09-23	Pa*****	Total scam. Only used the laundry service. Once. I'm still waiting for the pickup, almost 2 months later. Paid by credit card, almost 2 months ago. No refund. No contact. Repeatedly worte tu customer support. No acknowledgement, no reply. Total scam. Avoid like the plague.
