MRGCAR prioritizes protecting user privacy and managing data security effectively. The application processes certain data to provide its services and operate securely. This section summarizes which data is processed and for what purposes.

Types of Data Processed

The following data types may be processed within the scope of MRGCAR:

Account data: Email address, user ID, name, and username (for account creation, login, password reset, and account management).

User-generated content: Forum posts, comments, and similar shares.

Technical and diagnostic data: Application crash logs, diagnostic data, technical information such as device model/operating system and application version (for troubleshooting, performance improvement, and security purposes).

Device identifiers: Device/other identifiers if a notification infrastructure is used (e.g., identifiers required for notification delivery).

Purposes of Data Processing

Data is processed for the following purposes:

Account creation, login, and account management

Providing application features and application functionality

Error detection, crash analysis, and improving application quality

Security measures, abuse prevention, and regulatory compliance (where necessary)

Third-party service providers

MRGCAR may utilize service providers to provide certain features (e.g., email sending, notification infrastructure, error/crash monitoring, content/image hosting, and distribution). These providers may only process data to the extent necessary to provide the service. MRGCAR does not sell personal data.

Data transmission between the application and servers is carried out via an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).

Technical and administrative security measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access.

Account deletion and data removal requests

Users may request the deletion of their accounts and associated data. The steps to delete an account are explained on the store page under the “Delete Account” link. Upon request, data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, subject to regulatory and security requirements. Some records (e.g., transaction/security logs) may be retained for a limited time due to legal obligations or security reasons.
