Users commonly noted the app’s easy usability in its early days, but the major recurring issues come after the Rocket Mortgage acquisition: the Mr. Cooper app becomes nonfunctional, users are redirected to the Rocket Mortgage app, and login/payments fail with looping sign-in and slow support. This transition has made accessing accounts and paying mortgages unreliable, severely diminishing the prior positive user experience.

The latest update has locked me out. What jokers. Forced me to update, and now I can't log in. Email MFA for EVERY login. Mandatory updates. This update lost my login information. Pushes loan products nobody wants. I just want to make a payment, and it takes way too long. So many updates.

I have been trying to get someone on phone but can never get a live person on phone. My signon keeps taking me back to previous account from 2021 that was already closed. It should have new Information for ytd but no one is responding to chat request to connect me with a live representative? worst experience ever this has to be corrected or I am going to transfer my own loan to my credit union. 😪
