Keeps crashing and closing multiple times

I have joined the test series for NEET SS, in which clearly SM is not experienced. App interface is poor (maybe no content for test series users) and the test you're appearing on the website will just vanish if by chance you get a phone call/ text message. Although they do warn you about this sometimes you can't avoid these interactions when you are a working professional. No satisfactory response from Team SM after multiple messages. Most questions have no explanations. Regret spending for this
