QR Code Scanning: Generate unique QR codes for each student. A quick scan instantly brings up the student's pass status and history, allowing for rapid approval or denial.

Manual Entry: No QR code? No problem. Quickly search and select students by name through the intuitive manual entry interface, which supports searching across all periods or browsing by class.

Clear Status Feedback: Instantly see if a pass is approved or denied, along with the reason (e.g., weekly limit reached, cooldown active).

Customizable Rules & Limits:

Period/Class Management: Organize students into class periods. Add, edit, or sync periods easily.

Weekly Pass Limits: Set a default weekly pass limit for each class period to ensure fairness and manage usage. Customize further by setting specific override limits for individual students as needed.

Pass Cooldowns: Implement per-period cooldown timers (in minutes) to regulate how frequently students can request passes, reducing potential misuse.

Flexible Roster Integration:

Google Classroom Sync: Seamlessly connect your Google Account to import course rosters directly from Google Classroom. Keep your student lists synchronized with minimal effort.

File Import: Prefer offline management? Import student lists into specific periods using simple .txt (name per line) or .csv (name in first column) files.

Manual Roster Management: Add, edit, or deactivate students manually within each period as needed. Deactivated students are hidden from active lists but their pass history is retained.

Student Pass History: Access a detailed log for any student, showing timestamps, status (approved, denied, emergency), reasons for denial, override details, and any flags. Visualize history with a simple pie chart summary.

Usage Reports: Gain valuable insights with dashboard reports showing total passes issued today and this week (based on your defined week start/end days). View breakdowns of pass counts by class period and see a ranked list of the most frequent users for the week.

Essential Tools for Educators:

Emergency Override: Handle urgent situations by issuing an emergency pass, even if limits or cooldowns are active. Select a predefined reason (Medical, Bathroom, etc.) or enter a custom one for documentation.

Pass Timer Alerts: Optionally enable pass timers. When an approved pass is issued, set a timer (1-30 minutes). Receive a notification on your device when the student's designated time is up, helping ensure timely returns.

QR Code Generation: Generate and share QR codes easily. Create codes for individual students, selected groups, or all active students at once. Codes are bundled into a shareable Zip archive.

Data Export & Management: Export the complete pass log history to a CSV file for offline analysis or record-keeping. Manage database size by clearing log entries older than a specified number of days (30, 60, or 90).

Appearance Settings: Personalize your experience by choosing between Light, Dark, or System Default themes.
