Nagod DO App

MPEZ-Nagod is the official mobile command center designed exclusively for the field staff, calling desk operators, and managers of the Madhya Pradesh Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company Ltd. (Nagod Division).

Built to streamline daily operations and accelerate revenue recovery, this app replaces manual paperwork with a fast, offline-capable digital workflow. Staff can download their assigned consumer routes, filter high-value targets, log actions, and securely synchronize data directly with the division's master databases.

Core Features:

⚡ Smart Route Management: Download assigned consumer lists by Location Code (DC) and instantly filter targets using custom Arrear Slabs (e.g., "Above ₹25,000") to prioritize high-value recoveries.

📸 Offline Field PMR: Field staff can log actions (Promise to Pay, Line TD, Amount Paid), update consumer contact details, and capture Photo Meter Readings (PMR) completely offline. Data is safely stored on the device and can be bulk-uploaded when back in network range.

📞 Integrated Calling Desk: Office staff get a dedicated interface to rapidly dial consumers, log call outcomes, and set automated follow-up dates without leaving the app.

📍 GPS Verification: Automatically attaches precise GPS coordinates to field submissions to ensure routing accuracy and operational transparency.

📊 Manager Dashboard: Division admins and DC Incharges get one-tap access to live, auto-sorting databases to monitor field and office progress in real-time.
