MouVie is a health prevention application through movement.
Intended for personnel in the Medico-social sector with the aim of preventing musculoskeletal disorders
It is made up of videos classified into seven categories:

- Do your abs Romeo: Pilates exercises strengthening the abdominal strap
- Strengthen yourself Olga: exercises for the upper body combining mobility and strengthening
- Shape the bottom Tina: exercises targeting the legs and glutes
- T'as bon dos Léo: back strengthening and mobility exercises
- Move your body Domi: full body mobility exercises
- Relax Max: breathing, meditation and relaxation videos
- Drop the computer Amélie: exercises for administrative staff

You can purchase an auto-renewing subscription through an in-app purchase.
