When a land manager (like Metro Vancouver Regional Parks, local municipalities, or private landowners) requests that an area be removed due to zero-tolerance policies, sensitive wildlife habitats, or liability concerns, admins or regional admins soft-delete or scrub the area fm the database. PS use Wayback Machine to get it back!
