Cancellation process was unclear, not available on the app and they violate the "click to cancel rule". The device stopped working months ago. I decided to cancel the subscription. That went on for 6+ months, the app did not have a cancel option. Refuses refund because I did not "do well enough" to chase down a phone number or email that I couldn't access on the app. Violates "click to cancel". App will not load 90% of the time. To get it to load and track, I have to uninstall and then reinstall and it works a couple of times and then right back to not loading. Update on 11/4. Downloaded the newest version and it seems like it's even worse. For example, today I had to unninstall and reinstalled at 12:30 p.m. to get it to work, then at 2:15 p.m. would not load. Had to uninstall and reinstall it again.
