Needs a fair bit of work... PTT on the bluetooth RSM fails quite a lot often requiring a full phone reboot to reconnect the RSM with the app. I have noticed it particularly when it is switching from networks and having a momentory network loss. App doesnt open and ptt the moment you press the ptt button you have to press it twice. Not ideal for an RSM that cost me more then $300
