Common Questions
Rain and heat? Use a mount with a rain cover — many riders use an old spare phone as a permanent bike display.
Battery? Maps and GPS use the most; on long rides a USB feed helps.
Need an adapter? Not to start. Navigation, maps and Ride Mode work on a bare phone.

Your position is shared only while you share it in a convoy, and only with that group. Usage analytics can be switched off in Settings. Google Sign-In is used only for the free Pro trial, restoring purchases and leading a convoy.
