It was ok, but suddenly it is crashing each time I access it. tried reloading and it's still crashing. the club is great; the app not so much

App login fails every time and redirects straight to an error message, even after reinstalling. Mobile web is equally broken with unresponsive category links and missing account info. Everything works properly when I use my laptop, but I need to be able to access my account on the go from my phone. Whether this is an isolated Android issue or a widespread bug affecting iOS too, the developers need to fix mobile access across all platforms.
