Projectflare: Time & Clients

Projectflare brings your projects, tasks and tracked time together, so you always know what to work on next and what your work is worth.

TRACK TIME WITHOUT FRICTION
• One tap starts the timer for a project or a task; it keeps running on your other devices and on the web
• Forgot to start it? Log the time afterwards
• Focus countdowns of 25, 50 or 90 minutes, with a notification when they end

PLAN YOUR WEEK
• Tasks with deadlines, estimates and progress
• Work blocks planned automatically within your working hours
• Two-way sync with a separate “Projectflare” calendar in Google Calendar
• Reminders before deadlines

RUN CLIENT PROJECTS
• Brief, phases, tasks and files together for every project
• A client portal where your client follows progress, comments and shares files
• Quotes and contracts your client accepts online, with PDFs
• Invite partners to a project: they see only the work assigned to them
• Client briefs through a link: your client fills it in, you turn it into a project in one click
• Contract templates (services agreement and NDA) in English, Hungarian and Romanian, filled from the project
• Your own logo and colour on the emails and PDFs your clients receive

REPORTS AND YOUR AI ASSISTANT
• Reports by project, task and period, exported to PDF
• Timesheets and billable hours for your clients, project value and margin
• Connect your own AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor and others): a project with tasks, a quote or a contract from one prompt

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your data is stored in the European Union
• No ads, no tracking, no selling of data
• Download all your data or delete your account at any time
