2022-12-23	Aj*****	I am not able to login in the app . Whenever i put my pin the app stop there only and unable to open the homepage. I am facing this issue from last 15 days. I have tried to uninstall the app install again but the app is not opening the home page.

2022-04-18	ab*****	Worst app and as well as the machine also. Maximum time the transaction is showing declined for normal rupay or visa or mastercard debit and credit cards. Don't use this app. When called to the customer care they say card holder problems but if I access those card to an another device the transaction made successful. Totally time waist . 2022-01-21	hi*****	We have received the QR Code from bank. But we don't receive SMS/APP notification of UPI payment received on that QR code. Every time we have to check the report in application. Please raise the issue and solve the problem. It should every time notify for every UPI payment received through Bank QR code. Not possible to check every UPI payment record of the application on busy days.

2021-07-24	HI*****	last time in the month of April 2021 when I updated my Mosambee app it doesn't work. Instantly I contacted Mosambee support and got an old application link to download and which worked successfully.now from today onwards is shows Error like Overall experience seems bad and rating is zero

2021-07-24	Ra*****	Mosambee's last version was working well but the recent version is troublesome...i am not able to start the app in the morning after switched on my mobile network, it is crashing. Then i have to restart the mobile. It is happening very often. Please note the problems and try to rectify it.

2021-07-06	Dr*****	Dear HDFC/Mosambee The app was working perfectly for close to 4-5 years without any problems.But now after the recent update the app is crashing very badly,even affecting the phone which needs to be completey restarted to be functional again Even trying to view notifications (after Upi/Scanned payments)are causing the same problems. This app needs to be used almost on a daily basis,so frequent crashing does not help . Humble request to please look into the above complaint and rectify the same.

2021-05-17	Ra*****	Too much work is needed to be done on the App. Always crashes. The payment notifications are late. Sometimes same payment is displayed twice in the reports with same ref. Id & time. The double payment is wrongly calculated in the total amount.

2021-05-14	ka*****	In new update key pad is not being extended. Only 1 to 6 digits are visible how can i enter mobile number and password if keypad is not available to enter digits. When called to customer care they say there is no problem. मानोगे के समस्या है तभी तो समस्या का समाधान करोगे।
