MapHunter, a geolocation-based treasure-hunting game platform, distinguishes itself by not using visual maps for the mobile player, opting instead for an immersive sensory experience.

1. "Dark UI" Concept and Architecture
MapHunter's core innovation is its "Geolocation Validation without a Visual Map" architecture. While traditional apps guide the user with a map, MapHunter uses a Proximity Radar system:

Sensory Feedback: The player receives visual and haptic (vibration) stimuli based on their proximity to the target: "Cold" (>500m), "Warm" (200-500m), "Hot" (50-200m), and "Very Hot" (<50m).

Validation: Only when the user is ≤30 meters from the objective is QR code scanning enabled to validate the checkpoint.

2. Game Mechanics and Monetization
This document describes a game system enriched with strategic elements:

Game Modes: Includes in-person (physical) events, synchronized online competitions, and private local rooms using UUID codes.

Virtual Wallet and Sabotage: Players can manage a balance of "clovers" to acquire power-ups or perform sabotages against other players (a feature currently under technical review).

Progression System: User profiles accumulate experience (XP), levels, and coins as they complete tracks and minigames.

The system's robustness is ensured through:

Row Level Security (RLS): Strict policies in Supabase that ensure players can only view or modify their own data, while administrators maintain overall control.
