ECHO: Sound Survival Horror

ECHO is a sonar-based maze game where you cannot see anything.

Navigate procedurally generated mazes using only sound. Every move sends an echo pulse, revealing walls, passages, and the path forward. Part puzzle, part horror. The tower goes deep.



THE DESCENT

100 floors of procedurally generated mazes, each darker and stranger than the last. Every 10 floors, the rules change.

· FADING MEMORY — your revealed map dims and disappears
· HEAVY STEPS — every move costs twice the echoes
· SILENT DARK — the portal makes no sound
· THE SHROUD — the maze forgets every eight steps
· DEEP DARK — double cost, no guidance
· THE ABYSS — everything works against you

Floor 51 and beyond: chaos. The modifiers combine in ways the tower chooses, not you.

Hidden in dead-end cells: Inscriptions. Remnants.
Things left behind by those who came before.



BOSS FLOORS

Every 10th floor is a handcrafted maze with a mechanical twist. A countdown timer. The Watcher hunts immediately. The architecture is unlike anything the procedural floors produce.

SHADES

They roam in the dark. You won't see them coming —
you'll hear them. A low, hollow moan when they're close.
Double-tap a direction to fire an echo blast.
It costs echoes. Everything costs echoes.



TRAPS

Some floors hide something in the walls.
Examine it or walk past. Your choice.
Good outcomes and bad ones exist in equal measure.



PERMANENT PROGRESSION

Earn tokens on every floor. Spend them in the shop on echo ring colors, portal skins, gate designs, and wall themes. Unlock the Echo Pass for 30 days of cosmetic rewards.

Premium effects: Lightning, Fire, Crystal echo rings.
Premium portals: Celestial, Abyss Eye, Black Hole.
Premium gates: Celestial, Void, Infernal.
Tower Themes: Frozen Fortress, Abyssal, Ancient Ruins.



DAILY & WEEKLY

A new Daily floor every day. A new Weekly Tower every Monday — 3 floors, fixed seed, global leaderboard. Your score is how many echoes you have left. Efficiency wins.

No floor count. No ceiling. Echo budget carries over
between floors — what you spend now costs you later.
