Die Firma hat sich vor kurzem dazu entschieden daß eine KreditKarte zum Fahrtantritt ZWINGEND notwendig ist. Damit sind alle Nutzer ohne Kreditkarte effektiv übernacht gesperrt worden. Auf Anfrage beim Kundenservice wird vermerkt, es sei notwendig um im Tagesgeschäfft stabil zu bleiben. Das Tagesgeschäfft wird ersteinmal 90% der Nutzer verlieren weil niemand eine Kreditkarte beantragt für einmal 20min E-Scooter fahren.
