Ive used this platform for a couple small businesses now and unfortunately an issue came up and couldn't send out estimates or invoices and they refused to help me resolve the problem. ive still have not heard back from them and I have sent multiple emails. the only few times I did get to speak with someone they all gave me the same response. "(we escalated your problem to the tech team. Someone will reach out shortly)".
