2023-12-03	mi*****	App has been sporadically working the last few weeks, with a "Oops something went wrong..widgets didn't load. Please try to reconnect." The app has always felt a bit unstable and I was hoping the new UI update would improve things, but it does not appear that way.

2022-09-21	G *****	Edit: just started not accepting my fingerprint scan or pin... every other app works fine now this. The dashboard is mostly taken up by bright ugly ads. I cant find anywhere where it tells me if i got rewarded for my staked amount. It works but im only using it for my Near tokens.

2022-08-08	B *****	Nice wallet, but it now always needs to be recovered for some reason. As soon as you close the app, or just put it in the background it needs to be recovered. I am sorry but this is no longer acceptable. Why is this happenning? Is it possible to lose all of the crypto holdings there some day? I dont know, but it does not look like it is a safe wallet at this point, even though it looks nice, has staking, and few other nice options. I wish it worked as it used to, but I removed my crypto from it.

2022-02-06	Re*****	Poor (Bad) Customer service, I email them on December 2021 and no answer until today 2/6/22, I only get the automated reply you request has been received. It was a very simple question: I ask them if they can reset my pin number. They could just asnwer no we can and that's it. I figure out how to reset my pin number.

2021-12-14	Ey*****	Verry buggy app. Continously crashing and does not retain my login information. Have to look for those Damm 12 words. My login process is about 10 minutes every 2-3 days. Time is money and this process is annoying. The app is also very busy and not intuitive in comparison to other apps.

2021-12-01	Go*****	I have been trying to claim my zil rewards for the past 2 months after staking and it keeps getting dropping and unable to claim them. Now i tried to unstake and the same problem keeps coming up, showing the X sign after unstaking it and the transaction status keeps showing dropped. You all might want to be aware they your money may be stuck here and unable to withdraw. Moonlet team, able to help?

2021-11-19	Al*****	Created, put SOL and staked in it, login multiple times with my PIN, all was good. Until one day, once I change my PIN to biometric all came to chaos! Open the app and not directly into PIN page, but on the creation page, so I need to put my phrases all over again.... Then it did not recognize my PIN (I am sure it is the correct PIN as I have the same PIN across all of my wallets) .... I cannot login, and If I open the app again, I need to put my phrases all over again and incorrect PIN all over again. Contacted support with email and no one reply Contacted support in Telegram nothing works. Worse wallet in my experience.... and Beware to lose of your asset in this wallet.

2021-08-19	Jo*****	Last update made it impossible to launch the app. The devs got in touch and explained a temp fix, how to recover my funds, nice and the app launches now. All good. Staking fees are still a sore sport for me. More detail about fee amounts, network fees and which are zilliqa and which is moonlet would be very helpful beforehand. Overall, good customer support, good recovery, staking can be more detailed about fees but works. 4 out of 5 for now.
