Jardin Mental

Jardin Mental is a free, anonymous app that helps you understand your mental health on a daily basis. You can track mood, sleep, emotions, and other indicators, answer a personalized daily questionnaire, note events and thoughts, and monitor medication intake. The app also offers a PDF export to share with a healthcare professional and a CBT-based tool to analyze your thoughts.

Data stays on your device, with no registration required, and you remain in control of your information. Supported by Assurance Maladie in partnership with mental health professionals, Jardin Mental aims to aid mental health monitoring in a rigorous and accessible way, without replacing medical care. It is not a medical diagnosis tool, and in emergencies you can find useful numbers in the "Talk to someone" section.
