PinStock is a map-based customer management app for outside sales teams.

【Register customers simply by placing a pin on the map】
Simply tap the map to place a pin and enter the customer's name. The address and zip code are automatically entered based on the pin's location. Negotiation status (undeveloped, in negotiation, closed, etc.) can be color-coded, allowing you to see at a glance which areas are "missed."

[Check in on the spot after visiting]
When you visit a client, tap the pin to check in, and the visit date, time, and assigned staff member will be automatically recorded. Notes and photos can also be left on the pin immediately, eliminating the need to transcribe daily reports after returning to the office. Records are instantly shared with the entire team.

[Missed visit alerts to prevent missed visits]
Clients who haven't been visited after a set number of days will be marked as "requires follow-up." This prevents missed appointments during regular visits (the number of days can be freely set).

[See the entire team's activity on your PC]
The management screen in your PC browser provides an overview of all team members' clients and visit status on a single map. You can also check the number of visits per staff member and progress by area, and sales representatives can access the same data from their PCs after returning to the office.

[Information remains even after departure or handover]
Visit history, notes, and photos are all stored as company data. Even when the assigned staff member changes, the pins are handed over. This eliminates the need to rebuild relationships from scratch.

・Real-time location sharing can be turned ON/OFF by the user. Administrators cannot forcibly turn this feature ON.
