2024-10-24	Ma*****	Ordered food for my kid and due to rain school declared holiday I tried contacting through number and email on the app. The email bounced back saying no email exist and phone no one picked...later i contacted through WhatsApp and only 50% of the amount was refunded... saying they already started preparing....so be clear on any case when there chances of school closure one should not order monkey box as they will charge even if it's not delivered
